Role Overview

About the Role We are looking for an experienced female IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure timely execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and hands-on experience running Scrum/Agile ceremonies in a software services or product engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Manage resource allocation and cross-team dependencies Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients/stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (Certified Scrum Master – CSM/PSM preferred) Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP/Agile certification is a plus) Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
